How to read our blog

As Chinese Medicine is difficult to understand, I will divide my each topic of our articles into few blog posts, and they will inherit the following trait:

Part 1 : A introduction to the topic and what we can do for you

Part 2: Self-care — how you can improve your condition, or something you can do to prevent problems

Part 3: Physiology & Pathology from Medical science and Traditional Chinese Medical theories (this would be boring, for those interest in background theories only)

Part 4: My own interpretation of science and TCM, may not have it for every topic, and if there is any, please do not take it personal, or call it ‘hypothesis’. Most of the time, this is a guess what actually happened. If in the future some researchers found this part been helpful, that would just be some bonus.
